We are a grassroots group in Olympia WA, knitting and crocheting hats for new birthright citizens and their siblings. The hats are a HEARTFELT WELCOME from one community member to another. We act from joyful creativity, celebrating the birth of each new American citizen. We imagine a next generation that treat each other with kindness and generosity.
